What is VoIP?

Are you not familiar with VoIP? No problem. Just for you we wrote a small, easy to read manual about VoIP. What is VoIP? What are the benefits of this new way of telephony? And what do you have to take in mind when deciding to use voice over ip?

We start with just a little bit of technical information and than continue with some every day implementations about voice over ip. At the end of the manual we will give you some information about different types of VoIP phones.

Aastra hernoemt telefoontoestellen

Aastra heeft besloten haar laatste reeks IP telefoons te voorzien van een nieuw serienummer. Hiermee wil Aastra de serienummers landelijk gelijktrekken. In de loop van de week zal NeoNova de website en documentatie aanpassen.

VEILIGHEIDSKENNISGEVING: GN9120

GN Netcom heeft berichten ontvangen over batterijstoringen in bepaalde GN9120-headsets die tussen januari 2005 en september 2008 op de markt zijn verspreid. Kortsluiting in de batterij kan oververhitting van de headset tot gevolg hebben en tot brandgevaar leiden. Er zijn meer dan 1 miljoen stuks verkocht...

Storing ISDN opgelost

Als gevolg van een storing aan onze ISDN-lijnen bij leverancier Colt zijn we dinsdag slecht bereikbaar geweest. Inmiddels is het defect verholpen. Ons excuus voor dit ongemak.
